"I came by today for a quote for Auto & Home, but the girl sitting at the front desk completely ignored me standing at the door. She could have buzzed me in or acknowledged me in some way. She didn’t! Train your employees better customer service and ppl skills, especially in this line of business."

Unfortunately, this experience took place after hours. There were three staff members working after hours who did not hear a doorbell ring.
