"Jennette is Awesome. The billing department however is a different story I don't like how it's separate. Any questions I have its always a waiting for the billing department to get back. And they drag to get back to the customer. Not good customer service on their ends. That needs to be worked on better for customer service! The only reason im still here is because of Jennette. But other than the billing department issue. The agents are great!!!"
